Payment Information

Prices are displayed and transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).  For international orders, GST will automatically be deducted from the purchase price when you type in your international postal address.

International Shipping – all countries

We ship to all countries primarily via international commercial courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) or Australia Post Express for items generally under $AUD 2,000. We will arrange the postage/courier service upon a successful web shop purchase. International shipping is added at checkout and is a fixed minimum of AUD$230 which covers international courier fees, Australia export fees and full insurance of the purchase price.

Any GST, VAT, importation tax, duty or excise that may apply to an import in the destination country is entirely at the purchaser’s expense and not our responsibility. DTEO does not provide any advice regarding importation charges into any country and the purchaser is responsible to identify any specific importation requirements (documentation, taxes, etc) and satisfy itself with same as the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipments to the United States specifically will have an additional tariff payment applied

Contact Details – International shipments 

For international shipments we must be supplied a full shipping address, contact phone number & email address in the destination country as these are compulsory fields.

Domestic shipments

We ship within Australia by Australia Post express. We will arrange the shipment upon a successful web shop purchase. Domestic shipping is added at checkout and is a fixed minimum of AUD$20. We require telephone and email contact details for tracking purposes.

Payment Types 

We accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not charge any surcharges on any payment methods.

Conversions into the purchaser’s own currency are conducted by the financial institution of the purchaser and final prices in the purchaser’s currency will vary according to the exchange rate on the day. Any fees or surcharges arising from the purchaser’s financial institution due to conversion from AUD to the purchaser’s currency are the purchaser’s responsibility.
