Posting Internationally

We ship by international courier to all countries (minimum fixed charge AUD $230).

Important message for our USA customers – the USA introduced numerous new import requirements towards the end of 2025 which we must comply with. After successful checkout and before we send any package, we will calculate the US import duty that is currently between 10 – 20% (US/AU July 2026) and forward a separate invoice for payment – we will not ship until that payment is made.

The duty payment is paid by the courier service direct to US Customs & Border Protection (US CBP) in order to expedite the process.

In addition, US customers will need to complete a CBP Form 5106 and email to us for inclusion in the packaging envelope – the form can be found here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/forms/cbp-form-5106-createupdate-importer-identity-form

The UK (post Brexit) has imposed a 20% VAT on all goods from Australia and currently we cannot prepay this prior to shipping. The customer is responsible for satisfying this payment to HM Revenue and Customs.

We must state the actual purchase price on all export documentation. Most items will require a signature upon delivery. We will require your email address and mobile telephone number in order to provide full tracking details.
